Pilot Program

For Shipowners

For PCTC, ConRo, and RoPax operators, the pilot answers a specific commercial question: can a deck-scope RoRoSafe deployment materially change the insurance posture and crew response time on EV-loaded voyages, against a measurable baseline.

What you get

  • A full sensor grid on one nominated deck of one nominated vessel.
  • Redundant segment masters, vessel gateway, and bridge console integration.
  • Twelve months of bridge and shore-side dashboard access.
  • A dedicated safety engineer assigned to the vessel for the pilot duration.
  • A joint insurer / class-society review report at the close of the pilot.

What we ask of you

  • Access to the nominated vessel for the installation window (approximately three working days alongside).
  • A signed mutual NDA covering installation methodology and telemetry.
  • A nominated technical contact on your side (typically Newbuildings, Fleet IT, or HSE).
  • Visibility on your class-society contact, so we can coordinate the surveyor relationship from day one.
  • Voyage profile data sufficient to baseline the deployment (route, EV percentage, loading SoC policy).

What the pilot is not

  • It is not a procurement decision. The pilot stands alone commercially.
  • It is not a hull modification. The system is non-invasive and removable.
  • It is not a replacement for existing fire-safety systems. It is the layer that buys you time before they need to activate.

How to start

Two paths. Either write to rorosafetech@gmail.com with the vessel and route detail, or book a 30-minute call with the founder. We will respond with a tailored pilot proposal within five business days.
