RoRoSafe is a private, early-stage company. This page exists to make engagement easier for serious investors. It is not a pitch — the relevant materials are shared in conversation, under NDA, with a small number of counterparties at any given time.

Stage and focus

• Sector: maritime safety technology, with a specific focus on lithium-ion thermal runaway detection on vehicle-carrier vessels.
• Stage: early. Pre-revenue, with pilot deployments in active development.
• Capital structure: privately held. We do not disclose ownership or capitalisation details publicly.
• Geography: incorporated in India. Global commercial scope.

What we are open to

• A small number of strategic investors with maritime, insurance, or industrial-safety credentials and the patience appropriate to a regulated-procurement market.
• Non-dilutive instruments where the source aligns with the maritime safety mission (industry-linked grants, accelerator participation).
• Operator and insurer counterparties with strategic interest, where commercial pilots are the primary engagement form.

What we ask of investor counterparties

• A signed NDA before any non-public material is shared.
• A clear thesis on why this sector and why this stage, in writing.
• A reference call with at least one founder you have backed previously.
• Patience with a regulated-procurement sales cycle. Maritime safety is not consumer SaaS.
